How long will it take for my order to ship?
We have an average production time between 4 and 6 business days after receiving your order. However, longer processing times may occur at short notice during a period of high demand. We always show the current processing time in the store.

How long will my order take to get to me?
The shipping service you opt for and the carrier's own capabilities are factors that influence the delivery speed. Normally shipping within Europe takes 3-10 days. Shipping to the USA takes 9-14 days.
Kindly note that although we will make every effort to facilitate a prompt delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider.

Yes! Every order is delivered in a discreet plain brown box that doesn't reveal any information about its contents from the outside. The senders name of the shipping label is "BePo Prototyping".
All of our international parcels are marked as "Silicone Products" for customs clearance.

About the Toys
What are your toys made of?
All our toys are made exclusively from platinum-cured silicone. This silicone is also used in the medical industry and is characterized by the fact that it is entirely body-safe and hypoallergenic. It is also non-porous and very easy to clean due to its characteristics.
How soft is your silicone?
You can choose between three firmnesses, Soft, Medium and Firm.
Soft: Shore hardness 00-30. An extremely soft silicone that can be easily compressed, bent, and stretched. It is one of the most common firmnesses.
Medium: Shore hardness 00-50. It is harder to compress than Soft Silicone and comparable to the texture of the inside of your thumb.
Firm: Shore hardness 00-60. It is difficult to compress or stretch this silicone. If you bend it, it quickly returns to its original shape.
Customers mostly prefer the Medium firmness as it is a good compromise between Soft and Firm.
I don't know what size to get!
To make sure you choose the right size for you, we have included a very detailed listing of all measurements in each offer. Should you still have questions, we are always available to help.
Can I have custom coloured toy?
Yes, you can select the options available on the product page in the configurator. If you like to get a special coloration or design, please contact us.
Can I return my toy if it's too big/too small?
Each toy is a hygiene product in a transparent hygiene package. If it is damaged or opened, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. You can read more about it here.
Can I expect my toy to be perfect?
Since all our toys are handmade, there may be minor variations in color or specific weight by a few grams. However, we strive to always offer flawless products, which according to our high quality standards.
To ensure this, we re-inspect each product for its characteristics, firmness, surface finish and coloration after it is manufactured.
Are your toys safe?
We take great pride in using only quality platinum cured silicone that is completely body safe. You can rest assured that our toys are free from any harmful chemicals, toxins or plasticizer that could potentially harm your body.
Toy Care
How do I clean the Toy?
We recommend using a regular hand soap without any additives for cleaning. For disinfection, you can use an alcohol-based disinfectant or bleach. Please do not use sponges or harsh cleaning agents.
How should I store the Toy?
Store the product in a dark and dry place. Please note that our products should not come into contact with other products that are of inferior quality. Otherwise, material reactions may occur, leading to damage. The product should not be placed or stored on a rough surface. Our products should not come into contact with sharp objects as they may cause damage.
