Shipping policy
The following terms and conditions apply:
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,99 € per order.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
Shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany depend on the destination country (shipping zone) and the total shipping weight of the order. The following shipping rates apply to shipments with a total shipping weight of up to 10 kg. Orders with a total shipping weight exceeding 10 kg cannot be placed through our online shop.

The shipping costs applicable to your order are also displayed during checkout before you submit your order.
Shipping to individual countries or territories may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to legal restrictions, sanctions, import or export regulations, customs requirements, or restrictions imposed by the respective shipping service provider.
We reserve the right not to offer or to suspend delivery to affected countries or territories where shipment is legally prohibited or cannot reasonably be carried out by the available shipping service providers.
If, after conclusion of the contract, it becomes apparent that delivery is impossible due to such restrictions, we will inform you without undue delay. Any payments already made for goods that cannot be delivered will be refunded.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 31 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
