Requirements:

• Completed education or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in shipping, production, and/or marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and 3D programs.
• Expertise in photography and image editing/montage.
• Creativity and a sense of trends, with the ability to create engaging content.

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Proficiency in common office applications, and ideally experience with content management systems and graphic design programs.

Packaging and Shipping: Carefully pack our products and ensure timely shipment to our customers. This includes preparing shipping labels, managing shipment schedules, and ensuring all packages meet quality standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reorder materials and products as needed, and conduct regular inventory checks. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and provide reports to management.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Implement efficient storage solutions and ensure all products are stored securely and accessibly.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing Materials: Accurately measure and mix silicone and color pigments according to specified formulas and quality standards.
• Mold Filling: Carefully fill molds with the mixed silicone and pigment, ensuring even distribution and avoiding air bubbles or other imperfections.
• Demolding: Remove products from molds once cured, ensuring they meet quality standards and are free of defects.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for consistency in color, texture, and shape. Address any defects or issues promptly.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain mixing equipment, molds, and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Inventory Management: Track materials and supplies, and report inventory levels to ensure timely reordering.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
